Southern California residential prices in desirable areas have been gaining market price steadily for the last 6 months. The interest rates and home prices have been historically low in conjunction, making it very attractive for homeowners to move up to larger homes or investing in multiple properties.
In the recent Fannie Mae news, the median price of existing homes would rise 4.2% on an annual basis. They project prices of new homes to increase by 4%. The existing home sales, new homes sales and single family homes will start to see substantial increases from last year. Fannie Mae predicts each will rise 9.6%, 19.5% and 25.7% respectively in 2012 compared to 2011.
In the recent interview by OC Register and Chinese Newspaper, I was asked to provide current real estate market and outlook for 2013. Being in the front lines of real estate in Southern California, my team and I typically sees the market changes months before being reported. As a result, we have been very successful in assisting our domestic and international clients.
In 2012, over 35% of our real estate transactions have been foreign investors from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Middle East. We are seeing investment monthly returns from 5% to 10% on rents generated from properties we locate for our clients to invest in. This is in addition to the equity generated from the rise of the property value in the future. Many of our clients purchase multiple properties and are extremely happy with the returns they have been receiving.
Our company provides a comprehensive service from locating desirable properties, property purchase, remodel & repairs, leasing the properties, screening renters, property management and property sales. We also have a team of professionals such as CPA's, Attorneys, Contractors, etc. to assist our clients. If you or someone you know would like to take advantage of this limited opportunity like many of our clients, please contact me at (949) 385-1588 or alisha.chen@cs-rei.com. This opportunity will not last long!
