PHBC Updates
- If you plan on traveling this year, sign up for our Automatic Payment program so that your rent is paid on time and to avoid late fees. We encourage tenants to sign up for this program. Contact the Leasing Office for more information.
- To help keep the heat out and your suite cooler, please turn down office blinds during the warmest hours of the day. Notify the Leasing Office if you experience any air issues.
- Thank you all those who help keep our restrooms clean.
