Having Too Much Meat during the Holidays?

Here're some ways to sneak in vegetables in your meal plan.

* Add pureed cauliflower to your mashed potatoes (The HealthyCuisine way)
* Serve chicken or fish on a bed of corn or spinach instead of rice
* Add fresh tomatoes and mushroom in your marinara sauce for your pasta
* Add chopped mushrooms or water chestnuts to lean ground beef or turkey
* Trade half of your pasta portion for veggies when you eat out

以下有幾項建議,能 讓蔬菜「悄悄地」加入你的膳食中。
