【萬里法律/教育】Wanmile Secrets 萬里加分秘方!!

親愛的學生與家長們:

我們在萬里天天每小時、都是想辦法幫學生加分 。而且是比較容易的方法加分。

9/10/11年級生要做以下三件事 :

A）這學期全部拿A 。 GPA在申請大學是最重要的參數、所以無論如何都要拿A！

B） SAT/ACT考試 。如果你已經擁有一個"滿意"的分數、你已經在你的同學門以內優先了。

如果你還沒有一個滿意的SAT/ACT分數、我們也提供網上的ACT Review,特別是閱讀。 我們怎麼 讓 學生進步閱讀呢？我們是用 比較難的題目 ---AP Language.你懂AP Lang題目的話，ACT閱讀題目就 變成很簡單!

大家也知道三月份有新的SAT，我們建議如果你的閱讀很強（SAT閱讀800或ACT閱讀35）、你可以考新的SAT,因為它的閱讀比較難。

很多學生對新的SAT、特別是三月份的第一場、很害怕。若你是夠膽子，夠能力、在三月份考新的SAT,考得好、你可以馬上突出。所以我們建議如果你是在很競爭的高中 (Arcadia HS, San Marino, Troy, Uni, Northwood, Diamond Bar, etc),你可以考三月份第一場的新SAT --但是你的閱讀一定要很強。這招就是萬里給學生加分的秘方!!

C) AP Tests

現在到AP考試只剩下兩個半月而已。所以我們提供在網上的AP Review Classes （如下課）：

AP Language AP Literature 
APUSH AP Calc BC 
AP Calc AB AP Biology    
AP Chem    AP Physics     

現在的高中生，特別是十一年級生，特別忙。所以在網上課是最方便的，最有效的。因為萬里的網上課是模仿大學的Study Group方法 、學生解釋給大家聽。 這樣的主動複習方法才讓學生把課程記起來(當然，我們有老師在指導) 。若是傳統的被動方法（老師在教，學生不一定聽得進去)。所以要進步的話，一定要採取主動的方法。

我們現問大家：對十一年級生來說，哪一個AP考試是最有價值的？

我們認為是AP Literature!因為呢、 只有百分之六的學生拿到五分。還有、大部分學生考AP Lit都是十二年級生。所以，如果你是十一年級生考到五分，你很容易就會出頭！

你們可以問一下，你的同學會考這個AP Lit嗎？如果大部分的人不敢考， 你就去考！

那麼需要準備嗎？放心，萬里有在網的AP Lit Review課。短短兩個半月，讓你很容易出頭。特別是理工好的學生、 AP Lit會讓你文理並重 ,成功攻下名校！

Dear Students and Parents:

At Wanmile, we are always thinking of smart ways for students to get ahead. Here is how you can add points .

1) Get all A's this semester ... This is absolutely TOP, Most urgent priority above everything else.

2) SAT/ACT testing -- if you already have a "satisfying" SAT/ACT score, then you are in a great position. 

For those who are strong in Reading (like 800 in Reading/ 35 in Reading -ACT), I have suggested they take the NEW SAT in March, especially if they are from competing High schools. The NEW SAT favors students who are strong in Reading , and since others are "afraid" of taking SAT, this a great way to Stand Out in a competitive HS (like Troy, Uni, Arcadia, etc). 

Even if you don't do well, you already have a great SAT/ACT score so you have nothing to lose ! 

3) AP Testing 

With AP Tests LESS than 3 months away, we are having online AP Test Review sessions for the following subjects 

AP Language AP Literature 
APUSH AP Calc BC 
AP Calc AB AP Biology    
AP Chem   AP Physics         

Question -- which AP test has the most " value" for 11th graders . 

In our opinion, the answer is AP literature, with only 6 percent of students get a 5 . Also, since many students take this test in 12th grade (which is not useful for college applications), not many take this test in 11th grade. So if you can score a 5 for AP Lit in 11th grade, you would be way AHEAD of the competition!!
