2020年不購買健康保險將面臨罰款，如果您還未購買健康保險，敬請把握最後的機會：加州全保（Covered California）和藍盾保險公司（Blue Shield）增加特別開放期至4月30日。
- 2月29日前申請，保險將於3月1日生效；
- 3月31日前申請，保險將於4月1日生效；
- 4月30日前申請，保險將於5月1日生效。

Covered California and Blue Shield add new Special Enrollment Qualifying Life Event. If you were unaware of the new mandate requiring residents of California, you are still able to enroll health insurance from now through April 30, 2020.
- If the application is submitted by 02/29/2020, the insurance effective date will be 03/01/2020;
- If the application is submitted by 03/31/2020, the insurance effective date will be 04/01/2020;
- If the application is submitted by 04/30/2020, the insurance effective date will be 05/01/2020.
