CPAF is a nonprofit organization that offers domestic violence, sexual assault services in the Asian Pacific Islander (API) community. CPAF has a 24-hour hotline, shelter, and counseling services. We are in need of volunteers to help with interpretation in Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, and other API languages.
Volunteers are required to complete a 1-day training. There is no obligation, we will work with your schedule and ask you to interpret when it is convenient for you. You can interpret by phone from home or in person at our shelters. You can also help translate messages and documents for our survivors via email. For more information, please visit our web site at
