微博婴儿外耳湿疹 Baby ear eczema

外耳湿疹是哺乳期婴幼儿最常见的疾病，婴幼儿几乎都轻重不同地患过次病，而且在某些热病后或某些诱因下（如腹泻后）发病或加重。常与过敏体质和人工喂养某些乳制品有关。可为全身湿疹的一部分，也可于外耳某个固定部位反复发作。此外，外耳道脓性分泌物或某些外用药液对局部的刺激以及泪水、汗液、肥皂水等对局部的浸渍均可造成此病。疾病好发于双耳廓，耳后沟及外耳道。临床表现为耳痒、有目标不准确的搔抓行为，甚至瘙痒难忍，烦躁不安而夜哭，外耳道流黄水，结成松香状半透明痂皮，局部可有脱屑、丘疹、水泡、红肿、糜烂，感染后可出现脓庖、红肿、溃疡，甚至狭窄。
【家庭自我观察要点】
1、哺乳期婴幼儿耳流黄水，外耳道内可见松香状半透明痂皮，局部可有潮湿，水泡，红肿，糜
2、不明原因摇头，搔耳，烦躁不安，夜哭。
3、用手摸耳，患儿可停止哭吵。
【治疗方法】
1、积极寻找病因，予以排除或治疗。
2、全身可用抗变态反应药(中西药均可)，，有感染者用抗感染药。
3、局部用3%双氯水洗耳拭净后用锌氧油涂布，有红肿者加用鱼石脂棉栓。
4、中药治疗，去热利湿，止氧，如小儿清热液（金银花露）等,可口服,外用。
