全民健保網，每年為客戶所提供的流感疫苗，將於10月6日上午 10點至下午1 點,在 我們的辦公室一樓的客服中心免費施打。由於劑量須提前準備，請將附檔表格填妥，email或傳真(626)363-2229，即可完成預約手續。

With flu season creeping around the corner, Anyhealth Insurance Services is working hard to make sure all of our valuable clients can get their influenza vaccinations every year. On October 6th, Saturday, we will be offering flu shots to our clients for free in our office building. We will begin giving vaccinations from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. We have a limited quantity, so please fill out the waiver form from attached and email or fax back to (626) 363-2229.

Who should not get a flu shot?
• People with a severe allergy to eggs or other components of the vaccine.
• People who are significantly ill with a fever. They would wait until symptoms subside before getting their flu shot.
• Children less than six months old.
• Possibly people with a history of Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS).
• Pregnant Women
• People who are under 18 is not allowed (18歲以下恕不提供服務)
