Trying hard to avoid craving sweets all day during your weight loss plan? Here are some tips:
1. Spread out your meals! Try saving the banana for a mid morning snack or half of your sandwich lunch for the afternoon.
2. When you need a snack, choose something that can give you a nutrition boost: a dark chocolate truffle, 1/4 cup dried fruit and nuts, or energy bars that give you at least 5 g fiber and 7g protein.
3. When you snack, keep portion sizes small. Remember the first few bites of any treat are the most satisfying!
