Survive the Cold Weather with Warm Desserts!
You might have already noticed that sweet flavors taste sweeter when eaten hot, and taste less sweet when cold. So, if you can make use of the warm sweets or desserts with less sugar to satisfy your sweet tooth, you might be able to survive this winter without putting on extra weights. Besides, our body burn more calories during cold weather!
Try cutting back calories from the sugar by having warm sweets or desserts. Here's some suggestions:
* Hot chocolate instead of ice cream
* Hot tea sweetened with honey or stevia (a plant-based sugar substitute) instead of sweetened ice tea
* Hot coffee with flavored syrup instead of iced frappuccino!

你可能會發現甜品在 熱的時候甜味會比冷的時候重。所以,你可以在這寒冬中製作一些溫暖及少糖份的甜品,不但不會增加額外的體重,還能滿足對甜品的慾望。 而且,在寒冷的天氣中,身體會燃燒更多卡路里來平衡體溫!
因此,你可以利用溫 暖的甜食來取代高卡路里及高糖份的甜食。建議如下:
* 一杯熱巧克力代替冰淇淋
* 一杯熱茶加入蜜糖或甜菊 (一種植物代糖)代替甜的冰茶
* 一杯熱咖啡加糖漿代替冰的 法布奇諾(Frappuccino)!
