Gadgets that Help with Healthy Eating and Weight Control
* Steamer for cooking vegetables, it preserves more nutrients than boiling.
* Kitchen Scissors to trim off fat and skin from the meat and poultry.
* Nine-inch plates or a smaller rice bowl (the Japanese style will be good) to control portions.
* Hand Blender to make vegetable soups or smoothies, even at workplace!
* Small glasses and expresso cups to serve puddings or desserts.
* Something new: Oil Mister, just came across this from a Health Magazine, you put olive oil or canola oil in it and it'll come out as sprays. You can cover the whole bottom of a pan with just a teaspoon of oil !
