Slimming Snacks Tips for Energy Boost

Healthy mid-morning and afternoon snack can keep you satisfied between meals and avoid overeating at the meal table.

A satisfying and healthy snack usually includes at least 2 food groups. Foods with complex carbohydrates and lean proteins together help to curb appetite. Good snacks parings such as carrot sticks dipped in hummus, apple or rice cake spread with peanut butter, whole grain crackers with low fat cheese, and cottage cheese with peaches.

Try to carry snacks in your purse, car or gym bag can prevent vending machine and drive through temptations while out running errands. Snacks like apples, whole grain high crackers or cereal bar might be a good choice. Keeping a small cooler in the car will be great for making yogurt, low fat cheese handy as snacks too.

瘦身健康小吃

健康的零食可以滿足餐與餐之間的食慾,以避免正餐時暴飲暴食,適當的小吃時間為上午中旬和下午。

一個健康及令人滿足的小吃通常包含至少2個食物組。同時攝入複合碳水化合物和瘦蛋白質有利於控制食慾。健康的小吃包括:紅蘿蔔條蘸豆沙泥、蘋果或米餅蘸花生醬、全麥餅乾與低脂芝士、桃子蘸白色乾軟酪等。

將健康的小吃置於車中、手提包或運動袋子裡能減低購買自動販賣機中的零食或「免下車」快餐的誘惑。蘋果、全麥餅乾或全穀物棒也是健康的選擇。你也可將微型冷凍袋置於車箱中,便可保存優乳酪或低脂芝士等健康小吃。
