Clean up the kitchen cabinet and refrigerator and get rid of those high fat, sugary junk food.
Go to farmers market to get some fresh fruits and veggies and make a salad or veggies/fruits kebab with your meals.

Look at pictures from the good old days to remind yourself how you used to look before you gained those extra pounds.

Look through your closet and look for clothes that you always want to fit in again and hang them out.
