Peter T. Chen, MD opened doors to the practice in West Covina, CA, over 35 years ago, with one mission that has always remained the same: to deliver the best eye care in the most ethical, practical, and effective manner possible.

Achieving this means delivering eye care without pressure from external forces, practice administrators, or anyone telling how we should practice medicine. There is only the delivery of eye care in its purest form, dictated only by physicians, just as we were rigorously trained to do.

When you step into our office you’ll be greeted by a friendly staff member who has been with the us since the very beginning, and then treated by two ophthalmologists who personally perform every aspect of your exam. That’s all there is to it. There are no techs, no intermediaries, no physician “extenders.” Just you and a real physician, the entire time.
