Louisa began her career as a real estate agent over 20 years ago, assisting her clients to buy and sell their homes. However, she realized the lack of service and expertise her clients were receiving from their loan agents and in 2001, Louisa created East Star as a response to the clear need for knowledgeable, dependable, and honest loan officers.
In its beginning, she instilled a tradition of excellence and a commitment to service that continues to today. Our team has closed thousands of loans each with their own unique set of challenges.
