Dr. Tsai is a Bruin and received his double Bachelors of Science degree in Neuroscience and Psychobiology from UCLA in 2003. Then, he attended California School of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco and received his Doctor of Podiatric medicine (DPM) degree in 2007.Tsai is specialized in both podiatric medicine and podiatric foot and ankle surgery. He has done his training at numerous hospitals throughout northern and southern California. Dr. Tsai was trained at: St. Mary's Hospital, San Francisco General Hospital, Highland General Hospital, Seton Medical Center, VA Palo Alto Hospital, Kaiser-San Francisco, Kaiser-Hayward, Kaiser-Fremont, Kaiser-Union City, VA West LA, UCLA-Olive View Medical Center, Doctors Hospital of West Covina and Queen of the Valley.
Dr. Tsai has been serving the Inland Empire community for over 6 years and is also on staff at
Kaiser Permanente - Baldwin Park. He is fluent in Mandarin and English. On his down time, he is an avid baseball, basketball and football fan.
