Dr. Stephen Chinn graduated from U.C. Berkeley School of Optometry in 1972. He has been married since 1977, and has one daughter who is also an Optometrist at this practice. Dr. Chinn has been in private practice for over 30 years, he has also been affiliated with Vision Source since 1999. Dr. Chinn is Glaucoma certified and certified by the American Board of Optometry. He has served as the Primary Eye Care professional to help many patients with Keratoconus, Glaucoma, Diabetic Eye Disease, Binocular Vision Problems, and Low Vision. Dr. Chinn is a member of the California Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys baseball, football, tennis, and swimming.

Dr. Chinn is also multilingual, English is his first language, but he can also speak Chinese and Vietnamese.
