About Capitol Optometry

Mission: To provide the best optometric care and optical service through excellent, personal, one on one patient care.

Dr. Tiffany Lu, O.D. Dr. Lu received her Doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. She has a BS degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from UC Davis. During her clinical rotations she interned at VA Fresno, Dimmock and Whittier Street Community Health Centers in Greater Boston area, and New England Eye institute in Boston. While interning at these eye care clinics, Dr. Lu became experienced in evaluating ocular conditions from the pediatric to geriatric populations. It is also during training that Dr. Lu became aspired to have her own private practice; to understand and attend to patients’ everyday needs.
