位於比華利四季酒店的高級牛排館，放眼觀望，豪車雲集，個個盛裝，氣勢磅礡，令人窒息。牛排價位從土產品種 $57，至宮崎和牛 $155。侍者會將和牛樣本，端到跟前，由顧客親自鑑定。和牛本身，肥嫩多汁，不霑配醬，也非常好吃。至於檯頭菜，本人推薦 Tempura Onion Ring。
